For ten years he was financial director and managing director of the UK division of a Surrey-based multinational steel company. During his time the company enjoyed a period of sustained growth.

He has been a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants since 1984 and joined NORCAS in August 2010.

He went on to join the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital facilities management team.

Andrew originally joined NORCAS as the service manager for the Great Yarmouth team, before taking up the position of area manager for Norfolk. He currently holds the position of Operations Manager.

Following an education in Graphic Design, Isabel changed tack and started work as a volunteer campaigner and fundraiser for an environmental charity. She then worked for a number of years in primary education before studying psychology with the Open University.

She started work with NORCAS as the specialist women’s substance misuse worker in Great Yarmouth before going on to become the Service Co-ordinator, and then Team Leader of the Lowestoft service. Following that, and whilst working as the Information Partner for NORCAS she completed a post-graduate certificate in Business Management.

In between work and studying, Isabel spends her time swimming, running or hurtling about on a bicycle.
