Here are a few tips and ideas on how you can get involved:
Give a one-off donation
Every penny can make a difference. Your money will go directly to help children and adults in Norfolk and Suffolk with alcohol, drugs and gambling problems. And don’t forget, if you’re a UK taxpayer, your donation may be eligible for gift aid so it will be worth even more.
It’s simple to donate:
- Online you can use either Just Giving or Virgin Money Giving and you can claim gift aid straightaway.
- Or you can send us a cheque made payable to NORCAS, to Davey House, 7B Castle Meadow, Norwich, NR1 3DE. To claim gift aid, please print off and fill in our gift aid form and send it with your donation.
Give a regular donation
By setting up a regular donation to NORCAS, your small commitment will help to consistently deliver help and advice to many children and adults in Norfolk and Suffolk who are dealing with alcohol, drug and gambling related issues.
It’s easy to set up:
- Online you can use either Just Giving or Virgin Money Giving to set up a direct debit or standing order and claim gift aid if you're a UK taxpayer.
- Or you can fill in our standing order form and sending to us at Davey House, 7B Castle Meadow, Norwich, NR1 3DE, along with your gift aid form and we will do the rest.
There are lots of organised events running throughout the year where you can join in, have some fun, and raise much-needed funds for NORCAS. If you’re feeling fit, there’s the London Marathon or Great North Run. Or how about the City of Norwich Half Marathon or the Ipswich Half Marathon? Take a look at our

If you’ve secured a place in any event, here’s how you can raise money for NORCAS:
- Online you can use a sponsorship site such as Just Giving or Virgin Money Giving. It’s easy to set up a fundraising page and you can enjoy seeing the money roll in.
- Or you can download our sponsor form and get friends, family and anyone you know to sponsor you. If they pay tax in the UK, don't forget to ask if they want to tick the gift aid box.
Give your old mobile phone
Next time you upgrade your mobile phone, remember that we can recycle your old phone. No matter how old it is, it will be worth something to recycle for our charity. We also receive old iPhones and they are worth £100s!
Thanks to our partnership with RPC Recycle, we can recycle old mobile phones and the proceeds will go directly to NORCAS. It’s a great way to raise funds – and you’ll be helping the environment too by not putting your old phone into landfill. To donate your old phone, please call our fundraising team on 01603 227053.
Give through your will
Legacies are a lasting way to support a charity you know and love. Very often it's a memory or personal reason why people leave a gift in their will and when NORCAS receives a legacy from an individual it is regarded as one of the most personal ways to support a charity.
