Too Much Too Young Appeal

The Too Much Too Young appeal is the first public appeal NORCAS have run in our 32 year history. Over the years we have worked with thousands of adults and children who have been misusing drugs and alcohol.
Children affected by a family members misuse of drugs and alcohol has always been an issue and is becoming even more prevelant. With no current statutory funding existing in Norfolk or Suffolk to help these children, NORCAS decided to start an appeal to start to help some of the thousands of children affected.
