As East Anglia’s leading provider of services to support those who misuse drugs alcohol and gambling, we pride ourselves on the quality and thoroughness of our work. Our training is constructive and carefully tailored to meet the needs of each organisation we work with and our policy consultation service provides workable and solid policies and procedures.
We work closely with you to devise and deliver practical solutions that can help your workers to better support your clients, or help your organisation deal sensibly with substance use among staff. For staff and clients alike, we aim to improve understanding, increase confidence and develop skills that will enable positive change in people’s lives.
Many organisations have benefited from the training NORCAS provides and our ‘alcohol and drugs awareness course’ really does deal with many of the myths surrounding drugs and alcohol.
NORCAS has worked with many public and voluntary sector organisations in Norfolk and will soon be launching a training programme focused at businesses in Norfolk. More information will follow in the next newsletter.
