WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

Your first appointment will be to assess your needs and will include questions about your drug and alcohol use.

At the end of the assessment the worker will agree with you the most appropriate way forward (your care plan).

Your care plan could comprise of a prescription, clinical interventions, counselling, group work etc. and will be regularly reviewed.

OUR RIGHTS

The agency staff:

• Have the right to refuse to work with someone whom we consider to be in an unfit state, e.g. under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
