Housing support
Make an assessment of drug and alcohol use and history
Agree goals and a care plan
Help people get accommodation, medical help and counselling
Help people get appointments with people (Doctors, Social Workers etc)
Relapse prevention, brief therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, counselling skills
Outreach / drop-in work

What are our aims and objectives?
We focus on the links between homelessness and drug / alcohol use and work to reduce the harm substance misuse can cause
We aim to help people maintain stable accommodation, use mainstream drug and alcohol services and attain greater levels of integration into the community
We ensure all clients have mutually agreed care plans
We use an assertive outreach model, including day and night street outreach
We advocate for our clients within a multi-agency setting
We encourage and work with other organisations to house people with drug and / or alcohol problems
